Integrated Electronic Excel file containing session title along with all abstract submissions/presentation received at headquarters will be emailed to individual session organizer. |

| December 16, 2011 |
Session Organizers notify primary authors of acceptance. It is the responsibility of the Session Organizer to notify all authors of their acceptance or rejection. |

| January 6, 2012 |
Session organizers (lecture, poster, invited or other sessions) will submit the completed Session Form and your session excel file to your Division Program Chair and to ASABE headquarters (mcknight@asabe.org) for scheduling and a copy of the excel file to the Session moderator (if different from the session organizer). |

| January 13, 2012 |
Division Program Chairs will submit their worksheet to headquarters for scheduling of the Technical Session Overview page in the program. |

|
| January 20, 2012 |
Division Program Chairs and Headquarters will resolve any scheduling of technical session issues. |

|
| January 30, 2012 |
Technical Program overview will be available on the web www.asabemeetings.org as well as information for tours, housing. |

| March 2, 2012 |
Early Registration will be available online. |

| June 15, 2012 |
Early Bird Discount Registration Deadline and deadline for presenters/authors to be registered. All presenters are required to register for the meeting. Paper numbers will be issued upon receipt of registration payment. |

| June 22, 2012 |
Full papers due to headquarters for publishing in the ASABE Technical Library. |

All presenters must be registered for the meeting. Paper numbers will be issued upon receipt of registration payment. NOTE: if a coauthor will be making the presentation, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRESENTER to notify the session organizer/moderator and ASABE. |

| June 28, 2012 |
All changes to presentation title or authors or cancellations must be made by this date. Presentations whose authors have not registered for the meeting will be REMOVED from the program. NO EXCEPTIONS. No further program changes will be made. The final individual numbering of the poster sessions will be completed. |
